WORSE experience you could ever possibly have at an orthodontics. Staff TERRIBLE service, takes forever hours just wasted waiting to go in for your appointment. They over book so much that they have 2 hour waiting period once you get there. The secretary and assistants and everyone pretty much including Dr. Clower are very unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone. its a waste of your money. They say its cheap but really all they do is steal your money they made so many mistakes on my payments and I had to go the main office to talk to the office manager and they finally got everything figured out and they say that they were stealing money from us! the office that I was going to was in Fayetteville, they were SO unorganized it made no sense! I complained every time I went in to me it was just ridiculous. The staff is always making smart comments bout patients when they are the ones in the wrong. and to top it all off I got my braces off in October of last year and I got a bill last week telling me that I owed them 620 dollars!!!! are you kidding me.. they are THE worse dentist office in the state of GA. PLEASE help yourself save you some money and don't go to them
