I saw lots of great reviews on Google for Mr. West and so I met with him. Initially I was impressed by him and the way my bankruptcy was going. His office would return calls and provide the information I needed, but then again, as much as I was paying for my Chapter 7, I would hope that would be the case. The most disappointing thing about the whole process was my hearing. I felt that this was the most vital part to my cases success. When I showed up to my hearing I looked everywhere for Mr. West but he never showed up. He sent an attorney that doesn't even work with his office, and in fact upon further research, doesn't even live in Newnan, to handle my hearing. I would have expected that from an big Atlanta law office, but one of the reasons I went to him was the fact that he was a local lawyer in a small firm that promised personal service. In the end my case was successful but instead of feeling like a valued client, I felt like I was just another paycheck for Mr. West.
