This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since I moved into my house last July they have missed picking up my trash at least 5 times. The last three times I have called to report a missed pick up I asked to speak to a manager. Two times I was told the manager was "really busy with weight slips" and he would get back to me. I have never received a call back from anyone, including a supervisor or manager. This is the worst service I've ever had from ANY company, not just garbage haulers. If you're shopping for a trash hauler I suggest you go with someone else unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed about every other month.

I recently cancelled my service. Here's why: Over a month ago during service, my LFD supplied receptacle lost a wheel. I called four times asking for a replacement. Each time I was told to put the can on the curb to be replaced. It never was. Only on my fourth call did I learn that there are no extra receptacles available. This probably doesn't seem like a big deal, but I am handicapped and my 10 year old is responsible for wheeling the can from the back to front yard. It is very heavy for him when it's full, it was difficult in the snow, and nearly impossible with one wheel. On my fourth call I was told that "it shouldn't be that hard to get out" and "at least I had something to keep the animals out of it." There was no apology for having me set my receptacle out on the curb like an idiot for the past three weeks because I was told it would be replaced. There was not even a record of my previous calls. Wish they all at this facility would know the procedures within the company. Told one thing yesterday by one rep. and then told another thing by another rep. complete opposite, Thought highly of them at one time. Not anymore.
