Terrible ! Management are just unskilled representives. I caution you ! Please don't rent from this conniving place of business. I payed two months in advance to have a specific vehicle, but they change the vehicle at the last minute. So Fine. STRIKE ONE . I Get the vehicle and the vehicle is dirty and contains NO WINDSHELD WASHING FUILDING ( didn't realize that until trying to clean the dirty windsheld. ) STRIKE TWO. All and all we could of dealt with the dirty vechicle( had no choice the day of the trip ) but the next thing was when it crossed the line. This " LOVELY " company failed to tell us easy pay was activated and they failed to check or deactivate for the next customer ( us ). Instead of " The customer is always right" we were blamed and was told we opened something / touched something. We have cash why use the easy pay !? We didn't touch a thing . I Spoke to a ignorant associate and a very arrogant supervisor ,CARL to be exact, about this and received terrible customer service. I was asked " why are you so mad " as if getting a dirty vechicle with an activated easy pay, without notice wouldn't make any consumer mad. STRIKE THREE . Lastly, top it off with the " Stellar" customer service, I was given numbers to call instead of making me satisfied with the rental . I caution you! please use enterprise . The Only reason I didn't was the mileage and budget has unlimited. Lesson learned ! I Will pay for mileage for now on. They lost a good customer. The associates and management don't fall far from the tree. Precede with a lot of caution . This place isn't worth a star. YOU'RE /THEY'RE OUT
Terrible place, awful experience. Not only will I never go here again, I will make it my sole mission in life to tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Enterprise is right down the road and had impeccable service. Never in my life has anyone spoke to me in such a condescending tone for NO REASON. Let me begin by saying I made a reservation for my fiancé, because he needed the car and I gave his name for the reservation. When he showed up, even though the reservation was under his name and he called earlier to confirm it, whe he arrived the lady said I needed a company code and denied him service. Reading the rest of the reviews, I see that apparently is there way of doing business, trying to suck every last dollar out of the transaction. I am simply appalled. It can't be legal to treat people this way and I will be filing complaints through the better business bureau as well as forwarding this compendium of terrible reviews to corporate. This place needs to be shut down as it is committing FRAUD and DENYING SERVICE and NOT UPHOLDING THERE PRICES AND RESERVATIONS. I have wasted 3 hours of my day due to this horrific experience, and I will not let it go unnoticed.
I have heard negative things about this facility from colleagues but this past spring I couldn't find another car that was local so I decided to give them a try. I wouldn't choose to go there again.
Do not rent from this facility.Lisa, the manager and Emily who works there are both rude and either incompetent or intend to misinform. When emily did not explain the extra charges correctly, I asked to speak to Lisa on the phone, who immediately began speaking to me rudely They could not explain an over $80 extra charge on my initial pick up invoice, simply saying that the online quote is just an estimate. Then when I showed them the extra line item, they told me its because I am picking up the car 30 mins early but that the charge will come off when I drop it off, at another location, but they can't guarantee it. Well the charge was not taken off when I dropped it off on time. The lady at the second location told me that they had charged me for 4 days instead of 3, had misinformed me, and put in a system that they should not make an adjustment.
We lost a few hundred dollars. We specifically asked questions about price and returning a car early. We were specifically told the price through them was more initially, but we'd pay less if we returned the car early. Something that was not an option online, and that was why online was 300$ less. We went with them vs online for this reason, not sure when we'd return. When we returned the car 3 days early, we were told that wasn't so and told so in a very unfriendly and insulting manner. Just get the car online.
