I have been training with Rich for 8 months and my transformation is life changing! I struggle with thyroid issues and he has worked with me on that aspect and also my nutrition. I feel so much better and have enjoyed every session. He is a motivating, always positive and mixes up the exercises so every muscle group is worked! He has taught me so much and it has been a life changing experience !

Ive been training with Rich for about 6-months now and am stronger than I thought possible. He has me running 5-miles now, which was impossible for me a few months ago, I am also rowing 700 meters in just 4 minutes! Rich is motivating and he truly respects his clients! A++

Rich is amazing! So positive, worked with my schedule and was able to get me back in shape after having my baby! He pushes but encourages at the same time. He also helped me with my nutrition. I cannot say enough about my experience! Great trainer, great results!
