Ed educated me on the seriousness of my families situation and made me feel a lot better on sending them away to stay with family. Education is the key when it comes to situations like the ones my family and I are facing.

I was very happy with the quality of his report which was very important to me. The report was well organized and informative. He is generally nice to work with. However, he can be a little inflexible. We had an awkward encounter with him, where I asked him to inspect another area first and he said no in front of two agents and myself. We were all pretty shocked.
