        terrible service

        I went to McDonald's with my 2 grandchildren today,8-16, and had a very UNPLEASANT experience. I went to the bank before going to McDonald's for breakfast and had a new $20.00 bill from the ATM. When I gave it to the cashier she took it and gave me change. Then she called the supervisor for a marker to check the bill and a marker could not be found. Finally I said to the cashier void the sale and give me my money back and I'll use my debit card which was another ordeal. My order was incomplete and I had to ask for cutlery for scrambled eggs and bacon. I wanted 2 small drinks and was only charged for one. I had to go back to the counter twice for cutlery and another cup. The supervisor also said that they would have to call the police to have the bill checked. I'm sure that I was not or would be the only customer with $20.00 bill. I can't believe that no one could find the bill marker.



        Believe me, most of the employees need more training. That location is very popular and if I have problems I'm sure I'm not the only one. I hope you can find better managers who know how to accomodate customers.
