Scott A. came out to perform the Fall maintenance on my A/C unit. He arrived early, was very friendly and didn't mind my dog barking at him while he was in my house. He was courteous and put covers over his shoes when he entered my home. He hosed off my A/C unit like I requested and also mounted a loose capacitor so it wasn't dangling, without me having to ask. He really went the extra mile. A Plus Derr has a valuable employee in Scott A. Job well done. Thank you!

The lady at the office was super helpful in getting my appointments scheduled quickly and seemed genuinely concerned about our situation. Our tech Nick was super courteous about our home even being extra quiet while kids were asleep. He also took a lot of extra time to ensure any and all of our questions were answered and had some good suggestions on how to help us with upping our airflow to the hotspots in our home. We purchased our system in the fall of 2015 from A+Derr. With that we went came a service agreement for the 1st year, after that your able to continue for a small fee to continue on. They basically come out in the spring and fall checking and cleaning the respective units for that season. They always call and schedule the appointment in advance and even you even get a call and text when the tech is on his way. Our service Tech this time was Kevin and he was very professional during this service visit. When finished he cleaned up his mess and explained his finding. I would strongly recommend A+Derr for your Heating and AC needs.
