        Do not try to get a mortgage from Citizens. The convoluted process, irrational requests and constant hassles made the process torturous. The real estate agent said that he had never experienced such an unprofessional treatment by a bank. The mortgages are all handled in Massachusetts, not locally. They lost paperwork over and over. They lied to us and I have the paperwork to prove it. As far as banking, their tellers are fine.
