As a Newark native I am dissapointed when I Visit a franchise in the city and the employees are what suburbanites expect of Newark residents. In this case it was the employees. They were cussing in front of all the customers over who's working and who's not . When in reality none where working . Our waiter was so overwhelmed with three tables the we eventually got up and left. The worst part was that no one noticed. So we decided to go to the Bloomfield IHop . Completed 360 , employees attire was impeccable. Their food was just what you would expect from a well managed restaurant. I guess Newark's IHop franchise owner is okay with running his customers away.
