The staff at New Jersey Headstones was very pleasant and efficient. They completed the job of engraving our mother's name on the headstone shared with our father in a timely fashion, and even went beyond by cleaning the headstone. Their price was reasonable and, in fact, far below a quote we had received from another business. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of such services.
I gave them money for a deposit, and over two months later I still have nothing to show for it. Of course they refuse to grant me a refund. Please do not use this company. I now know that they have several address and not affiliated with the Better Business bureau. Go to a reputable company that has an office with a showroom for you to look around.
Morris Haren was a very reputable man, (my family dealt with him for many decades) but after becoming ill (and possibly passed) a couple years ago, his sister took over and ran the business into the ground so I read online and has been taken to court. Look up Patricia Booker's case against Christine Archer, (Sister of Morris) under "bamboozled." Sad, sad cases. BBB has now given Haren an "F" rating for her failure to respond to anyone, give them their monuments, or return the money. Morris was great, though.
