Martin Honda ruined my brand new CRV and refuses to replace it. My first oil change resulted a leak that drained every ounce of oil from my engine.This has taken years and miles off my brand new engine.The general manager refuses to call me back and is hiding behind his service manager. I have bought all my brand new Hondas from Martin for the last 17 years. Not one person up the chain of command has even apologized. Despicable.
Our company did the delivery 2007 Honda Odyssey from MN-NJ and we never got paid for the job. Can't get a hold of anyone in the company.
I had put in a vehicle request online and was called by Julian in the Internet Department. He set me up to meet with the Honda Manager Michael. When I got there, Michael greeted me and was very nice. A women Tiffany then took me out on a test drive in the Honda Accord it is a really nice car. There is a camera in the side mirror and you can see on the screen if there is a car in your blind spot. The car came with remote start too. My lease payment is good and I'm a happy customer. New building and the place and bathrooms were spotless.

My wife took it in for a problem with the car shutting down. They told us that we needed to put over $2000 into fixing the problem and even then it may not be fixed! WHAT? Either you can fix the car or you don't know what is wrong with it, it is one or the other. The Jeep went in having a problem with it occasionally shutting down. When it came out after the oil was changed, it doesn't sound or run the same way. Now it cuts out all the time and sounds like it is missing. I hate to insinuate that they are dishonest, but draw your own conclusions. I will never go there again
I have a 92 Honda and have been taking it to the dealiership south of Dover for years, I moved up here and wanted an inspection before I went away on business.2 weeks later I had a leak in my combustion chamber, my spark plugs were covered in oil and obviously my car would not start. For over $1,400 I paid to have things fixed they were minor in comparison to this. In addition, it took them longer than projected to have my car ready for an entire day.I will not return, nor will my husband, who recieved less than par service as well.All you get is a post card, not good service.
