As the store manager of this location I have been with the company for over 8 years. I was brought in to replace an incompetent manager, retrain the staff, and bring things back up to company expectations. I did my best to be a fair but firm manager. Unfortunately, the former employees were set in their bad habits and refused to change. If making sure my employees were doing their jobs is considered bullying and haraasment, then I guess you could say I "bullied" and "haraased" them. What it really boils down to is the fact they didn't want to actually work for a manager who wanted them to do their job.
