The Cleaning Authority

Nice people but they did not do a thorough job. Had them for about 8 months and they almost always missed baseboards, tumbleweeds under the kitchen bakers rack, used feather dusters on furniture and did not remove items, just dusted around. We had to supply special cleaners for stainless appliances and wood floors or they would just use plain water. Most people have stainless appliances and wood floors now a days and they acted like they never had to clean these surfaces before. We found dust on the back splash in the kitchen and they never touched the top of the frig. They didn't take out the trash half of the time. We would complain and they said the manager accompanied the next visit but there was never a change. I would not recommend.
