DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE IMPOSTORS THAT ARE OVER AT BOWERSOX OLD PLACE CALLED M&M LAWN CARE. ON OGLETOWN RD, DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY ABOUT MIKE! I went over there not knowing Mike had Moved and they tried saying Bowersox went out of Business and they were under new Ownership!! Its all lies!!! Karma is a horrible thing. I knew better so I went out in the parking lot and called there number and sure enough I found out the true story! BOWERSOX NEW ADDRESS IS 1076 SOUTH CHAPEL STREET SAME PHONE NUMBER. I WOULD BET SOME OF THESE NASTY REVIEWS ARE FROM THEM. They have been in Business For a Very Very Long Time and are great at what they do!! They are No BS and straight to the point!! They dont have time for nonsense. Great Company

Great Group of Guys. I am a Busy Landscaper and Mike and his Guys Always get me in and out. Mike does not even sell the Equipment. It does not matter to him. He will work on anything.

Very impressed and Very very Nice Family. I stopped Coming here because the old Owners were Horrible. They were very over priced and the husband had a major chip on his shoulder, and the wife over charged for everything, they lost my business. I had heard they had sold a while ago. I am Glad I stopped in and talked to them. Delaware needs more business people like Mike and Melissa Berger. I was quite impressed with the knowledge of his Kids, and his Staff. Mikes 14 yrs old son was telling me what was wrong with my machine, I was blown away with what this young man knew. I hope Mike Berger knows how Blessed he is with a Beautiful wife and a Amazing Family and a Striving business. I hope and Pray God Continues to Bless This Family and Their Business. As I am reading some of the reviews on here, I have learned That Anyone who writes "I usually do not write reviews about a business, right off the Bat is someone that no matter what you do, you will never make happy! I have taken My Equipment to only one other mower shop in the Area, who I will not mention. I was doing a job close by and my machine broke down, I called Bowersox to see if they could check out my machine right away, and they told me to come right over. They took me right in the back and had me back up and running within the hour. These guys are great!! The girls in the front were very busy, while I was waiting, that phone never stopped ringing and people were coming in non stop, they really showed me that no matter who you are or what you need they go out of there way to help you out. I will tell everyone about Delawares Hidden Jem! Thanks Bowersox

We LOVE this place! My husband and I were here a long time ago, when we first moved to Delaware, and were not happy with the service. My neighbor informed us that new owners bought the place a few years back and really took the store to the next level, so of course we needed to check it out! I could not believe all of the new stuff they carry now and all of the product they have in stock. We met the new owners and they are wonderful, really took the time to talk to us. We are so excited that New owners took over Bowersox and We will let everyone know how Great they are ;)

I Have not been to Bowersox in some time, I was glad to hear it was under new ownership! Took over my Snow Blower and had it back in two days!!! I could not believe it! It runs better then it ever has! I was impressed with the new owners, the staff was very nice and very helpful! I took the time to look around the show room, Very impressed!




I took my Toro Wheelhorse to Bowersox for service and they broke the hood and one head light then said it was like that when I dropped it off. Horrible business!




I needed to replace the three belts on my riding mower so I took the model # to Bowersox equipment and was sold the belts. When I went to replace the belts I found one belt that was not the right size. When I returned to the store I was told there are no exchanges on belts even if it was their mistake. The person behind the counter was rude and would not make good on their mistake. He also said the he was in business for 30 years and did not care if I told all my friends of the negative experience that I had with Bowersox. I thought it would be nice to support the small local independent business. A $40 lesson in helping the little guy turned bad. In the end I purchased the correct belt at Lowes less than 1 mile away from their store and the belt was $8.00 cheaper at Lowes.
