The attendant who comes in and cleans at night stole my lighter and change and threw away important papers I had set aside. I had a washing machine in use so I set everything there and I was out in my car listening to the radio since apparently the station of choice is just instrumental. When I came back in and my stuff was gone. Luckily one other lady was their who was kind enough to inform me that he took my change and lighter because she actually saw him flick it to make sure it works. Then you can clearly hear the attendant yelling to himself when I was sitting out in my car almost making me afraid to go back in. Needless to say I will not be going there anymore, and hopefully neither will you.
Amazing work! Alterations are perfect and done quickly! She completely rebuilt a bridesmaid dress for me in a few days, when I found out I was pregnant! It fit perfect!
Terrible! Rosa insisted on charging me $1.99 for a boys' size 12 shirt, while a boys' size 20 shirt was only $.99 with coupon! She said she was right because she's been there for four years...no one has ever charged me a different price for a different size! Terrible customer service!
Our theater company has taken costumes there for years and we have never had a problem. Whenever they felt that they might have problems with the item, like a sparkled ball gown or a faux fur lion costume, they have told us and declined taking it. In about 5 years, I only had trouble once with them misplacing a pillow that went with my comforter. It was eventually found. I have never taken anything extremely valuable there nor would I given the reviews. Also, I never dealt with a Felicia. Always a very polite and professional Mexican man in a wheelchair who I assume either manages or currently owns the business. For basic items, I would recommend them.
This is one of the best cleaners for the dry cleaning, alterations, as well as wash-and-fold laundry service.Their staff are very nice and always friendly with a smile. The prices are reasonable and competitive for the area, and they have done a great job with my clothes.
they do not know how to press tuxedo pants or shirts they would not fix the creases or do a refund $300 suite
They have the NERVE to charge $16 to hem a pair of pajama bottom (thin cotton!) I can understand charging that rate for maybe a pair LINED dress pants! Seriously bad business. Never again.
Ruined my blazer, when I went in I had a picture, receipt of the blazer. I simply wanted the money to purchase a new one. The woman began yelling at me, very nasty woman. She said I will get nothing and my blazer was fine. I went and bought the same blazer so she could see how she ruined it( color was dingy, about 20 pebbles inside blazer)it was clear they ruined it..she refused to take ownership and said I will get nothing. Do not go to this cleaner..she will ruin your clothing and become verbally abusive if you bring it back.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. The lady was rude, obnoxious, and hung up on me. I called and asked her if they did 1 hour cleaning. Well, they obviously don't and that subject makes her angry.
going back to my original dry cleaner. Good Luck!
