I use Enterprise rental cars for business travel. I was married almost 6 years ago and they have yet to figure out how to resolve an issue with me having two accounts: 1 in my maiden name and 1 in my married name. Every time I rent a car it is an issue and every time a new employee (because they have frequent turnover) tells me they have fixed it. More recently, they have had difficulty with our group account and when I receive the bill for my rental, it is always $100 more than the original estimate. They say it wasn't booked under my group account but I always tell them my employer when booking. This makes estimating travel expenses very difficult. I have called to resolve these issues on several occasions and never get anywhere.
This was my first time at this enterprise car rental and Mr. I Jones made my experience go exceptionally well, they truly put their customers first, I was very pleased with this company and its employees.Thank You Enterprise and I. Jones for your exceptional service..
Always good service, helpful staff, they do their best to accommodate the customer. Steve is top notch.
