The management and front desk staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and help me with all my questions. I do recommend this pharmacy for the quality of services and convenience they provide to clients. They open 6 days and it is very easy to get there by train, buses or walking. I do highly recommend this pharmacy.

As they made me wait for hours saying to me that they couldn't calculate the days supply for my burn cream, they didn't even want to make an effort to understand that I was in pain. I 'm not familiar with phamacy law, but after consulting a lawyer regarding this stores refusal to fill my prescription due to an incorrect days supply, it was frustrating. They were only worried of the possibility of losing the $15 my insurance would've paid if they just followed the md instructions. And it turned out the MD didn't even have to write the days supply. These people at skyline are lazy and unprofessional.
NEGATIVE 5 STARS. never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and corruption. the first week of September they gave excuses til November why they couldn’t fill my sons bed pads. Jack stated they were trying to bill the insurance but didn’t know the codes for billing. Had ME googling the billing and prescription codes, product item as he stated he didn’t know what to do. last 2 weeks of October Jack came after I threatened to report them, with wrong items stating they couldn’t read the prescription. Then Jack brings me a plastic bag with a few disposable bed pads and disappears for 2 weeks. Each time I call he has an excuse Stating the shop was vandalized and he was robbed and beat up. November jack calls stating he got my sons delivery but they had to change my sons diagnosis with the health insurance company. I asked him why would he need to do that as my son has been getting these products from other pharmacies for years. He stated to get paid from my insurance. I told him I think it’s a bad idea. December they don’t deliver when they were supposed to and just randomly show up at my door with 1/2 a prescription days later. Then a few days later again they show up randomly with the other half. I call to tell them they must inform me to deliver and why isn’t the entire prescription coming all at once. January they don’t show up I have to keep calling. Then they show up with 1/2 of the prescription again. I call to find out when they will deliver the rest. I get the run around. Jack sassing me like a young school girl and talking down to me as well as giving me false delivery dates. They delay and then the following week show up with only 2/3 of the prescription. asked when the last 50 bed pads will be delivered, Jack tells me he delivered the entire order. I tell him this is the exact reason why I told you to bring my entire order at once. I am reporting them to the NYS Division of Licensing for Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions amongst other agencies.
So far I've had good experience with this Pharmacy. I do the online ordering and they have always been on time and their customer service is great. They have always went above and beyond to fix any issue, including calling my Dr themselves. Prices are the same as my local pharmacy so far.
I wanted a simple request - ABD pads but want sure the size. They told me they were a doctor and figure it out myself. Thanks Roy for your wonderful treatment. This is now the third time i received rude service. Please go elsewhere - anywhere. Only the manager is a good person. Clearly there is a management issue here. Caligor is better. anywhere is better.
Terrible! I went in their for the first time to go fill a prescription for my son and the Spanish lady in the front was very rude for no reason, I walked in there was nobody in front of me then a guy walks in behind me and she starts attending him and he signals her that I'm next and she still starts attending him first. So I'm standing their with my health insurance in my hand she takes it from my hand and walks away proceeds to speak to the customer who she chose to attend before me even though I was first and then started talking on the phone ignored me when I asked how long it was gonna take. This was my first time here and it's the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. She was unnecessarily rude for no reason. Only giving it 1 star but if I could I would give it 0! It's employees like this that makes businesses fail. No customer service skills at all. She didn't even greet me
Have used for five years. Fast, friendly, and helpful. They several times have given me sensible advice. I'm surprised by the negative review here, but nobody's perfect.
There is a Duane Reade on every block it seems. They have most basic things you'll find at a drug store.

Value City Pharmacy on Broadway had EXCELLENT customer service and excellent prices on medications. They are helpful, explain the medications, they even offered to deliver if I were unable to get the Rx. The shop is painted bright white and clean, displays are lovely, and I will be using them for all of my medications from now on.
