First I am appalled at these "so called" customers who try to give "local businesses" business, if they reduce prices 20-30%. People who feel so privileged are not customers but as unclassy as the employees they describe. Many vendors are not authorized and are thus thieves when they cheat the customer and steal business from the authorized vendors. The vendor may spend 100G to carry a brand so you can select the one you want. Does he not have a right to make a living? Does the customer realized that this store is an authorized vendor because they promised the not insult the brand by discounting and cheapening their name. If no one ever charges the listed price, then that is not the real price. Sometimes good service on an item that will always need servicing, is more important than an discount. Plus a vendor can be the cheapest or the best, but never both. Shame on people who badger and write negative puerile posts about authorized dealers and then reward the miscreants and crooks in this industry. If they sound like used car salesmen then blame yourself becuase it is people like you that created them. As for Kenjo, they are closing up and leaving, I hear, and it couldn't happy to a better bunch of dishonest people.

If you are looking for a repair shop that caters to your needs as a customer, this is definitely the place for you.
I would like to send my deepest gratitude to you for repairing my dad's watch. It is very important for him and our family as well.
Great time pieces. I love that they are selling branded ones and some rare finds. I would highly recommend.
I was very satisfied with how my husband’s watch turned out. He loved the new band, and the price was very good. I will be sending you another one of his watches next week. I tell everyone to ship their watches to Manhattan Time Services for excellent repairs.
It was always a hassle to find a dependable watchmaker when one of the many timepieces in my vintage watch collection had a problem. Ever since my first visit to Manhattan Time Services, however, I've been treated like a valued customer and always experience first rate customer service.
Stay away pure ripoffs. The guy with the wart on his face( they don't state thier name) is really bad and must have somehow snuk in the country.
