Forget CVS and Duane Reade - This is a great pharmacy! The earlier negative reviews refer to an older pharmacist who is no longer there (I know, I had trouble with him too). The new owner/pharmacist, Kenny, is wonderful. Prescriptions are usually filled within minutes. If you call, there is no wait or annoying auto-menu to get through to speak with a pharmacist. They will promptly call your doctor for refills and will assist you with "vacation" length refills. They also deliver. The price for medications are the same, and in the case of one of medications, cheaper, than CVS.The rest of the staff is courteous, helpful and informed. The store is well-stocked with other items such as over-the-counter medications, toiletries, vitamins, etc. (including greeting cards and reading glasses). Again, the prices compare to the those of the chain stores. If they don't have what you want, they will order it and call you when it comes in, usually the next day.I have lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years. Many of the local businesses are closing as more people chose to shop at the chain stores. We need to support our local businesses that still provide personalize services with a real human touch.

This pharmacy is wonderful. The staff is extremely warm and helpful. I've often called the pharmacy with questions regarding my pediatric patient's and have always been given great information and advice regarding dosing/medications covered by specific insurance companies/even the taste of medications that are more palatable for tough kids. The pharmacists are kind and are very approachable. I highly recommend it.
So far I've had good experience with this Pharmacy. I do the online ordering and they have always been on time and their customer service is great. They have always went above and beyond to fix any issue, including calling my Dr themselves. Prices are the same as my local pharmacy so far.
Great customer service, they carry a lot of products and can order basically anything for me. Pharmacist is always willing to explain how to take my medications. They also have free money orders, free faxing, free copying, and you can pay any bill here for free. They also give cute gifts!
Personalized independent pharmacy that is TOP NOTCH. Ditch those chain drugstores and go meet Peter. He's the nicest, knowledgeable pharmacist you'll ever need. Peter remembers all his clients. I think he's fantastic as do my friends who NOW all go to Peter's Pharmacy. So should you!!
The staff was pleasant but the item I walked quite a ways for was not available at that store. As a senior citizen I would ask to not advertise in a flyer that and item is on sale if it is not available at a popular busy store on the corner of 8th ave and 42nd.st.
This place is a neighborhood gem and a refreshing change from the chain stores that have overtaken the city. A great pharmacy and a fairly wide variety of merchandise. We live 2 blocks away and find a reason to use the store several times a week.
I hear a lot of good for them im thinking of changing over from CVS drugs down the block to New London drugs. CVS went down hill real quick. Im definatelly thinking of going to New London drugs where they are helpful and kind.
This is one of the best pharmacies ever. The staff is super nice and everyone there is just wonderful. They have amazing fragrances at a good price, and anything you want you can find here.
Have used for five years. Fast, friendly, and helpful. They several times have given me sensible advice. I'm surprised by the negative review here, but nobody's perfect.
