Despite confirming an online reservation, Carmel forgot to send a s.u.v. to bring 7 international travellers visiting my home to an airport located 60 miles away (app. one hour and fifteen minutes away without traffic). A mere twenty minutes before the s.u.v. was due to arrive, Carmel called to say that two smaller cars would be sent instead of the larger vehicle if 1) my guests paid substantially more money; and 2) they agreed to wait AT LEAST 75 MINUTES after the scheduled pick up time for the two cars to arrive. It was apparent that Carmel didn't even have two cars available at the time because we were never told that any cars were dispatched to our location. We were simply told that Carmel "would try" to get two cars to us if we waited while the customer service representative we spoke to (Justine) attempted to make alternative arrangements. Although Carmel presumably sends cars to airports daily, Justin seemed unable or unwilling to understand that international travellers can't board a flight if they arrive at the airport only 30-45 minutes before departure. It was as if he just wanted to make a record that Carmel offered an alternative so it could evade liability if my guests weren't permitted to board because of their late arrival.

Please do not use their services never ever. This company owes over $2000 to my husband who had been working for them as a driver. He received 2 small amount paychecks; the checks were returned by the bank and the fee was charged. We has been calling them every single day now for a while; they transfer the calls to Mr George, who is not available to pick up; we left him a million of voice messages, he never called back. Last time I was transfered to some rude lady who told me that Mr George is away and she does not know when he is coming back that is bs. Next step is I will make this company very famous and leave feedbacks on every possible social media and file a complain with 311 and take them to court (either Small Claims or Department of Labor).
The price was the absolute best. This limousine service experience was very pleasant . I will not use any other service in the future. Driver took it easy on the hwy, he helped us out getting out of the car, offered drinks, etc. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a polite chauffeur and immaculate car. I had the greatest evening.
This was my first time using these guys and i tell you it wont be the last. When my Girlfriend was coming from Thailand for a week long getaway with me here in Brooklyn, I wanted to make sure we had a great time and to start it off i got in contact with Royal and told them i wanted someone picked up at the airport and to put a twist on it i would be waiting in the limo as a surprise. The limo driver was really professional and looked amazing :). He already knew the deal and went inside to get her and when they came back and he opened the door for her, her face just lit up!!!!!!! This was a first time for both of us and it was a day we would never forget. The limo was spotless clean, I am talking really clean. The atmosphere was really relaxing with some soft music playing like we was in a world of our own. Thank You.
We used this limo company for a service to the local Airport. It was a surprise to our children. You can just imagine their faces when they saw the limo pull up and stop in front of our house. Our whole neighborhood turned out to wish us a safe trip. Our driver was on time and wonderful. You can't beat the price! Thanks .
This was our first time using a limo service, and spouse and I were so thankful that Franke was there to pick us up and drove us around! The experience was very fine one. Car smelled good and that is the main thing that we worried about. We are planning to use them in the future when we are in town.
Great Service. We got a limo for my sister's bday and it was awesome. Suav (I think that is how you spell it) was our driver and I would recommend him to anybody. He was such a gentleman. At the end of the night my sister wasn't feeling too good and he was very understanding and accommodating. Overall A+ service. Btw, we had a 14 pass Escalade.
I'm usually not writing reviews, but I feel that people should know that.I was waiting in the line in JFK airport to get a cab, when a man walked to me and gave me a coupon for "$6 off" for Carmel Car and Limousine Service.I decided to call and see the prices. The dispatcher told me it will be $44+toll+tip minus the $6. And I repeated the all thing to him and he approved.I was waiting for a car for 15-20 minutes after the time scheduled, because of bad communication with the office.The driver was very nice, and when I told him about the price, he said that I was supposed to get "a code" for the coupon. So I tried to call them on the way.They put me on hold to "try to give me the code" about 7 times, for 12 minutes. And then I got to the "supervisor" that was very unprofessional and told me that he can't add the code after we started the ride, and when I asked him what to do, he said that he can't do anything and that I will need to pay.I told the "supervisor" that this is not a way to run a business (as I am running a business and know how it is), and he just said that it is fine with him and I will have to pay.This wasn't about the $6, that I ended up paying. It's about the customer service that was horrible.I will never use them again, and I really don't recommend anyone to use them.
We really enjoyed the transportation system to jfk. It connected from regular subway lines so that was nice.
Lousy service!! First of all the driver arrived late for the initial pickup. The 16 students were expecting the limo to take them to their H.S. Prom (June 2015). The limo broke down many miles from the venue and left them stranded on the highway. The company said that a replacement vehicle would not be available for many hours. By that time the prom would have been almost over. Many of the parents drove to pick up the students and drive them to the prom. We were assured that pickup would still occur as stated on the contract, however the limo arrived dirty and one hour late. The chaperones and Principal had to wait outside with the students. When the charge was disputed by our credit card company the limo company lied about many things.I would advise you not to use this unreliable company that lies!Leslie B.
