Excellent service provided by the owner he is a man that treat all of his clients with respect and will always try to bring produce to his store that are requested by his client and another thing is that he makes it a point to have products of good quality this is one of the charateristics that makes this bodega in upper Manhattan area a great place to shop for you home needs. Thank you Miguel for bring your business to our neighborhood...may god bless you always.
Probably one of the most over priced stores I've seen. The clothing isn't even worth what they ask you to pay for it. My brother recommended the store to me and when I got there, the only thing running through my mind was "are you kidding me!" I was outraged at the lack of fashion and the prices. Also, it didn't help that not one of the people working there offered to help me find anything. I'll never step foot in another Bloomingdales!
I guess it's my suburban upbringing, that I thought I was running away from, 20 yrs ago, when I got on the bus to NYC. But, then 7 11 s popped up....along with the Kmart, the Olive Garden, and the wax museum! Help!! The suburbs found me!! "Oh thank heaven for 7 11". Somehow 7 11 is reassuring, cheap, and like coming home for a munchie attack on that long road trip.
Not a great Food Emporium. It has a dingy basement feel with low ceilings. The prices are outrageous - all paper towel options were in excess of $3.20. The hot foods are not as good as other Food Emporiums in the city. Cashiers have conversations among themselves and don't pay attention to customers.
Couldn't find a better spot for a date if you tried.. romantic atmosphere but not too much that it feels cheesy. Dimly lit, but very relaxed and all the plates are great for sharing which allows you to cozy up to your date. Great wine, get a bottle.. or take a risk and try the absinthe, its worth it.
The prices are fair and people are friendly. It's closest to my home so I go there often, but I wish they have more variety of vegetables (not all veges are fresh). They have some fruits, but they are not that good. Only fruit I liked from there is watermelon. Even apples weren't that great.
The week of Thanksgiving the store was pack. I notice the lines where long but still moving. All reg was covered with employees and they where working hard. So I did not mine doing my last minute shopping in the store. I was in and out in no time.
