worst airlines ever, travel halfway cross the globe then they cancel reservation and make you pay again twice what you paid first time.
My favorite airlines keeps getting better. The aircrafts are largely new, the sky clubs are all updated and the website is top notch and decent win when in business class!
Be very careful before you choose to take this airline. What we would consider basic customer service, they simply do not care to provide. Royal Air Maroc would not let me leave the country on my flight out of Morocco because their credit card machines would not work, and they wanted to charge me $270 for 2 extra bags(small suitcases), more than my one-way ticket to Madrid ($240)!!! Arrived at airport 2 hours before flight. Had 3 bags, and they required $270 additional for the 2 extra bags (never have I had an airline charge this much for baggage, and this was just a flight to Madrid!). But, none of their credit card machines worked in Casablanca Airport, so the duty manager would NOT let me board the plane. I had no other cash, atm was maxed out that day. Even though it was their fault that they could not find a single credit card machine that worked, they would not allow me out on the last flight to Madrid. I had to overnight. Needless to say, I switched to another airline. I had spoken with their supervisor, Mr. Mohamed si Agariane who even spoke with the duty manager, Mr. Khalid, and neither would let me go on their empty flight to Madrid because ROYAL AIR MAROC could not find a working credit card machine. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Most other airlines, realizing that it was their mistake, would have put me on their flight; Royal Air Maroc and at least 2 levels of their management would not let me travel on my paid ticket.
