I have been going to this gym for almost 3 years and am pretty satisfied. Whether you like weight lifting or cardio, they have all the necessary equipment for you. I sometimes watch the trainers; they get pretty creative to keep the workouts for their clients interesting. I usually work out on my own. Trainers may come up and engage in friendly conversation, and I like that they are not pushy about you letting them train you. They know when you are ready you will find them. The most important reason I haven't switched gyms in years is that the people who work there make you feel welcome. Rosa, the towel lady, who always has a smile on her face, Angie at the front desk; they are the ones you see first when you drag yourself in at the crack of dawn. They don't judge you they are just nice. Are there more elaborate gyms out there? Sure. Are there cheaper gyms out there? You bet. But if you want a gym that lets you be who you are without pushing their classes or over-priced products on you, I think you'd enjoy Crunch.
