My experience with J R Auto Services Corp. in one word, "Horrible!!!!!!!" I went to J R Auto Services Corp. to have the 'center piece' of my Infiniti M30 exhaust replaced. I spoke and dealt with their mechanic Miguel. I spoke with him at length informing him, I would purchase the part ("center exhaust pipe" ($70.00) and bring it to him for him to install. This part connects the muffler. Miguel told me he could get it cheaper so don't buy it..., I said okay. The reason I wanted to purchase the part and bring it to the mechanic is because I would just have to pay for the installation versus the J R Auto Service Corp purchasing the part tacking on additional cost for ordering the part and installing the part. Miguel told me that the cost would be $250.00 to repair the car...which to me was steep but non the less I agreed to pay the price. When I went to pick my car up Miguel told me the price change and that I now had to pay $310.00. I told him that is not the price we agreed on and told him I am not willing to pay that price because it's to much for what we agreed on in addition I don't have that much with me so I will give you what I have which was $290.00 and he agreed and wrote me a receipt for that price. When I start driving the car I noticed it was not driving well. a few days later the car started making noise, a clunk here and there, then the entire interior started to vibrate then I would feel vibrations while driving. I thought something else was wrong with my car so I took it to another mechanic to see what was going on... This mechanic put my car on a lift to check out the car when the car was lifted I come to see the J R Auto never preformed the work we agreed on. Miguel never replaced the "center exhaust pipe", instead cut the existing "center exhaust pipe" and slipped a piece cut pipe in its place welding the piece to the other pipe but wrote a receipt that he put a 'flex pipe' in place along with a 'silencer' and two 'seals'.
Mark Eusanio (body shop manager) is a stand up guy. The only reason why I can't give a 5 start rating on everything is bc well, things don't always go as planned. That said, Mark has gone above and beyond with communication and making things right. Away from missing a pin strip (that will be completed in the near future) my truck looks like new. Thanks again for your solid work and professionalism.

These are the worst people in the world to do business with. Customer service is the worst experience. Very rude, very pushy, and one guy even threatened to hurt me and my family. If you are fortunate enough to have never mistakenly done business with these people I am telling you now as a favor walk away these people are the worst of the worst they will rip you off they lie to you and nothing is ever how they say it is. I wanted to discontinue business with them and now they won't stop harassing me. I think I am going to seek legal help these people are horrible.

You shop Almacen, fill your cart, pay by credit card that is cashed by Inwood Auto at this location and then you never see your groceries or your money. Scammers! Stay away from these thieves.

Took my 1998 MAXIMA SE for some repairs & inspection!Eduardo & Domingo real professionals they explained everything to me and showed me the problems I had. Mind you before I went to cibao I couldn’t pass inspection. They replaced, front driver axel. It was shot! Also back shocks, evap cannister , valve , hood shocks ,gas cap and kept it over night. Told me he was going to take it home to test drive it. He Call me 7:45 am next day. Car 💯. Passed inspection. Car is running smooth & sweet!Quick and fair competitive prices. I went back again because I order some parts on eBay. Fog light w mount and oem armrest. I asked them to replace them. No problem. Done! And let me not forget Domingo and a staff member went out of their way to unclog a valve and hose at no charge when he could’ve charged me for a new one and labor!!! On the house he said.
