My mom had been swearing by then for ages since she's used them multiple times to get to the Mexican border from Miami.While you can easily catch them in Miami, they lack the ability to tell you the correct time a bus will arrive.My mom came up with me to NC to help me move before I started work.She ordered the tickets, we confirmed as per their wishes, showed up an hour early and stayed an hour AFTER the stated time and still no answer.Finally, I did what I always do: Turn to Google.These comepingas (Spanish equivalent of c*ck gobblers) didn't show and didn't answer ANY of their phones (there are 4 listed).Avoid them. Now with all the upgrades, a Greyhound trip is faster, more comfortable and has onboard WiFi. By the way, my mom ended up losing the money due to their no refund policy and using a Greyhound to return to Miami a day later.I'm going to initiate an investigation into why this company is still operating and legal.This is an outright abuse!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!! CHEAP SERVICE BUT YOU MAY LOSE YOUR LIFE!!! Driver was reckless and speeding in the pouring rain. When told he was way over the speed limit he laughed as if he didn't speak English. The bathroom reeked from the moment we stepped on the bus....never again. CHEAP PRICE EVEN CHEAPER SERVICE÷
I know times are tough and we often seek a cheaper alternative for means of travel but no amount of money is worth the disrepect and lack of customer service that I was given from this company. On my first trip to Miami our drivers chose to not stop for 8 hours when we had a scheduled lunch stop. We then had the inconvenience of popping a tire on I95 which wouldn't have bothered me, accidents happen, but it was the fact that we were then stranded for 5 hours on the side of a highway in the middle of the night that sent me over the edge. The drivers could not communicate with road side assistance due to the language barrier. They continued to send the wrong side two truck and it wasn't until an hour and a half went by and all guests complained that the driver thought of calling road side assistance to find out the status if the tow. These drivers were rude and inconsiderate of the guests. I thought this was the worst thing that could happen but nothing could have prepared me for the next thing that happened. Calling early the morning before my trip back to NY we were surprised to hear that my seat had been cancelled and given to another customer when we had never canceled. Not only did the employee argue with me but yelled at me refusing to accept that this was a mistake the company had made. After several minutes of going back and forth they were able to get me a seat on the trip for my scheduled day. When we went to the office to check in for my trip I was disgusted by the way I was treated. Not only did the employee call my parents and I incompetent but one proceeded to tell my father and I quote "perhaps you should walk to NY as you are overweight and could use the exercise" never in my 15 plus years of working in the hospitality industry have I ever been so disrespected by anyone. This company is despicable and should be out out of business. I will do my part to make sure no one I know ever travels with them again.

This company sucks... I too had problems with them. The people are rude. I had bought my ticket they give me the wrong time and I missed the bus and had to pay the 100 dollars fine. FOR THEY MISTAKE I called to explain that they gave me the wrong time. and all I got was just pay the fine.. the lady was nasty and loud and unprofessional and hanged the phone on me many times. there is no way to reason with these people all they want is the money because they know that you need there serves. So if you read this STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY......... LA CUBANA THEY DONT DISERVE A STAR
I traveled with Oriental Pearl last weekend and I had an absolutely horrible experience! The driver did not speak English therefore our efforts to tell him to turn off the AC were unsuccessful! The unfortunate thing is that he did not even try to understand! The bus itself was in a horrid condition! I was sitting at the back in front of the bathroom at the very end and the side of the bus had opened and all the cold air came out! I could not feel my toes. The girls at their offices had a very bad attitude as well! They didn't want to accept the fact that the bus should not be traveling! A lot of people have had problems with that company! Somebody needs to stop them!
