the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you want to get your shipments lost or damaged and get harassed where you will not get your claims or your shipments please work with DTDC. The most incompetent staff in NY office and all they want to do is harass their customers. I would love to file a law suit against them for first damaging my shipments, not approving my claim and on top of that holding my shipments and harassing me. They have no system or policies in place. There is no one to talk to in their office. NEVER NEVER WORK WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I wish there had been some negative markings which I could have given to their service. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible people. They dont know the importance of person's courier and they dont have any guts to answer or help questions of their customers. Please stay away from them, or else you wont be able to control anger and want to go there and SLAP THEM ON THEIR FACE. PLEASE READ YELP REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THESE BASTARDS.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I read the other reviews before I called them. OVER 2 HOURS LATE FOR A PICKUP, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD DELIVERED THE PACKAGE WHEN IN REALITY THEY HAD NOT EVEN PICKED IT UP YET! Caused huge problems for me and they weren't even apologetic or willing to comp the job. F these guys, they should be out of business.
Stay away from them. I had a delivery scheduled three times, and all three they failed to deliver on. Their most recent excuse was that they just didn't put my item on the truck. Worst service ever.
I wish I could give this business ZERO stars!!! As a client of Need It Now, I am flabbergasted and appalled at how I am treated, time and time again while scheduling a pick-up! Johnny was incredibly rude, and even proceeded to hang up on me. I was only trying to clarify the address of the delivery, but I guess if there is any confusion on their end, they will take their frustration out on their customers.
