Pavel was easy to work with and has a customer first attitude. If you need a computer phone or tablet repaired, prices are fair and attitude is always upbeat.

Their procedure is of the most honest of repair shops I have been to . And they do a really great job. I agreed to give them a recommendation as they recovered my files so quickly and literally saved my life and job. And Moses reassured me right away. He knew I was stressed but he stayed calm and reassuring. He kept saying: "no worries I got this". And he actually did.
This is what I call a small and new company with amazing potential. They really know how to make the customer satisfied. They reassured me right away that they will repair the laptop within the same day. 2hrs later, they called me to tell me that my computer was ready for pick up. The computer has not been acting up since.
Small company and small office. They know how to repair computers and phones really well. The service quality is excellent. They really believe in representing the customer's interest.
Best places to fix Apple devices such as MacBook, iMac, iPad or iPhone. They do data recovery too. I was so happy to find these guys. It's mainly because they only take care of Apple Devices. It's quite difficult these days to find a dedicated place like this. People run business all mixed up. They are located between 41st and 42nd St on 5th Ave and you need to go upstairs 6 floor. Cold and warm water served. Nice couch to take rest. I had my iPhone 6S fixed while I was waiting. They just fixed it in about 25 minutes. Hope it helps anyone looking for a dedicated Apple device service shop in midtown Manhattan.
The repair guy is so good I would bring my other defective laptops here in the future! I would convince my friends to visit this repair shop.
Do NOT work with COMPUSHINE. Thanks to Yelp and other platforms, the days of getting ripped off by companies like this are over. Most people have little knowledge about the wiring of home surround systems, control 4 installation, and HDMI cables. I DO. And that's why I'm posting this not-so-good experience:Several years ago, a close friend of mine paid lots of money to have Compushine install a very straight forward home entertainment system ($150/hr for 8 hours). A few weeks ago, my friend bought an Apple TV box and I offered to help him connect the simple HDMI setup. But, when I went to look behind my friend's other components, I discovered an absolute MESS- a sea of spaghetti-of cables. Apparently, Compushine had installed the system without labeling any of the 20 or so cables. Not only that, the technician didn't tied nor bundle the cables, nor even organize them for that matter. Additionally, Compushine supplied no manual for the control 4 setup - totally unacceptable! So, I called the company to complain about the installation and lack of a manual. Craig, the owner, was really confrontational and... cut to the chase...he told me that if my friend wanted to add an Apple TV, he'd have to hire Compushine at $150/hr. to figure out the existing wiring. Also, he refused to provide the manual. I am more aggravated by Craig's attitude than the shabby work. In a nutshell, COMPUSHINE is not a good choice for a quality installation experience.
