The serving portions are amazing and if you're looking for authentic Dominican food in Washington Heights then this is it. The best time to stop by would undoubtedly be afternoon versus evening, because that's when the place gets packed and on Sundays? Forget about it. The roasted chicken is phenomenal and the sweet plantains are some of the best I've tasted in the area. Definitely a go-to spot if you're in the area for Dominican fare. Good food, friendly staff and don't forget to save room for the mango milkshakes (and you'll definitely be bringing a doggy bag home with you too!)

From Business: High quality dining, elegant private parties and five star service are waiting for you at Da Noi in Mid-town Manhattan. We're located in the heart of the capital …
I live in the area and went to Coogans twice once for brunch and once for lunch. For lunch I had one of their burgers which was absolutely delicious and perfect. for brunch I ordered a steak roasted vegetables and although the steak was cooked wrong the server went back to the kitchen two times until my order was perfect.
The food is really first class. We have dinner her at least once a month. The plating is very appetizing and elegant. I would have given it a higher star rating except for the fact that they only accept cash. This makes it harder for me up keep track of my expenses as I am lazy.
This is one of the best pizzas in New York. I love the thin crust. The toppings are generous and affordable. There are plenty of seats. And the menu is not limited to pizza there are other delicious Italian dishes as well
This place is magical, with amazing food ans great kind service its unbeatable. Owner greets and farwell with you. Good music and very cheap for this good of food. If your in the area come by they wont regret you.
I love their chicken tikka masala. delivery is fast, staff is friendly, even the one who takes order over the phone. Not the best indian restaurant in Manhattan, but one of the nests in upper east side
Ordered from this place and my order took over an hour to arrive. Tacos were bare and extremely plain. Horchata drink was overly sweet and had to adjust it myself. Wouldn't order from here again.
This is my favorite restaurant in all of NYC. The food is fantastic and affordable and it's in a great location.
The one and only southeast Asian street food in UES New York, great food!! must try the pork belly bun
