Great teaching. Driving around lower Manhattan give you a sense of real driving situation. One and done with the driving test.
I had been looking for a motorbike as I had been riding scooters for years and wanted something special. I love the Ducati brand and so after a look around various sites and YouTube videos I contacted Ducati-Triumph in Manhattan. I spoke to a very cool guy called Bizzy and he said come on in and we’ll get you hooked up. He was great at texting me details and info about various bikes so that when I decided on a scrambler I walked in one day and saw the bike on the showroom floor and bam! The deal was done. Oh and I traded in my Vespa with them and they handled all the paperwork and boring details like PROS! I just wanted to ride my new bike and so thanks guys for Great Service. Also ALL the staff are very friendly and accommodating, so if you’re are new to motorbikes there is no attitude just great friendly service.
Attila's School of Driving is by far the best option there is in New York if you are learning how to drive for the first time or just need a refresher. For me, I was learning how to drive for the first time...and I was INCREDIBLY anxious about the prospect of doing so. From the first time I met Attila, I was impressed with his approach to teaching a nervous driver--he is patient, kind and funny and all the while entirely focused on teaching proper safe driving skills. I started my lessons in early January and despite this winter being a very snowy one (which led me to cancel several classes given the dangerous road conditions), I was able to successfully pass my road test on March 7th! I give all the credit for my passing to Attila--if anyone had seen just how nervous I was getting behind the wheel in January, they never would have believed I would be able to pass the test two months later (and remember that was two months filled with ridiculous amounts of snow!). To add to the great experience I had with Attila, his school is one of the very few (if not only!) school that picks you up at your home (or whatever location you decide) for your lessons--what could be better? Each lesson ends at your starting point so no trekking to get to some difficult location just to take a lesson. I really can't say enough good things about Attila's school--I had done thorough research in selecting a school and since I wanted to select one based in Manhattan, there were only a few other options. After reading all the reviews I could find and making a few calls, my choice was clear--as soon as I talked to Attila and explained my situation, he put me at ease given his experience working with nervous/anxious drivers. I am so thrilled I chose to go with this school--there were no language barriers as with some of the other schools in Manhattan, the car I used was in excellent condition (another common complaint at some of the schools) and I actually enjoyed my lessons!
This is the worst driving school! They seek their students to fail. For the first road test, they changed the car to a different one that they been letting me practice with, the day of the road test. For the second road test, they asked to keep my 5 hour class certificate and they will bring it the day of the road test. The day of the road test, the instructor asked me do I have the certificate. I told him that I paid you $40 for it, and he continually denied it and then he told me that he does not have it. He apologize to me and told me that I cannot take the test, I was really upset especially the next available road test date is in 2 months. They truly do not know what they are doing, if you ask them about their success rate of student passing it's 10%. With number like that, you should just pay a little more money to go to another driving school. At another school at least it will be worth your money.
