'MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING' Dont waste you're money. Stay down the block Best Western. They were nice at first when I made a reservation for the suite. The room was located on the roof garden. The Roof Suite is open and were told it wasn't a problem. Then my Mother up went upstairs to see the room, deck, & drop our luggage. When she entered the room the Hotel Manager was sleeping in the room. God only knows what else goes on in this place. When we went back down to the front desk the female manager said she would give her another room and a discount due to her inconvenience. The room was supposed to be a suite as promised. It was a really small room closet we stayed anyway that night. They promised to give her the original reserved Roof Garden suite the following morning. Of course that didn't happen due to the night manager giving that room to someone else. So we left and we were told that we would be reimbursed for all the inconveniences that we endured that night and next morning. Still haven't received any credits or charge backs from the Hotel. Don't waste your time go up the street stay anywhere else. Horrible experience. These were nice people to your face. Who will talk about you in Mandarin and Cantonese my Mother and I speak both. No are going to court for the money owed because we were charged for the whole week. As to their own contract if anything causes of room changes due to the hotel mistakes or a maintenance issue then the Customer will be accommodated to better or equivalent Standards of the Reservation Made by the Customer. Including a complete Refund and extra Credits ex: "(free nights depending on the circumstances and original reservation.)"
