The Boy s Club of New York is located in New York City and performs community service to some of New Yorks socially and economically disadvantaged neighborhoods. The club s alumni consists of men who were members of The Boys' Club and now volunteer time and raise funds for its operating expenses. Its other sites include the Marion McMahon Abbe Clubhouse in Flushing, Queens, Jefferson Clubhouse in East Harlem, Harriman in Lower East side and Camp Cromwell in Bound brook, N.J. The Boys' Club of New York provides a series of educational programs that include Independent School Placement Program, Academic All Stars Program, The R.E.A.D. Program, School and Camp Program and SAT preparation. The club also organizes writer s series, special summer programs and day camp programs.
