Overall
TD Bank is terrible

First I made a deposit on Sat. suppose to go through on Monday the deposit actually went through Tuesday but showed that it was available Monday. Yet on Sat. and Sun. the Available and the “balance” were different. Yet on Monday I went to an ATM, and did some shopping looked at my balance Tuesday and it was fine, Wednesday there was a $210.00 fee on my account, an overdraft fee which my account statement NEVER showed negative. Without getting into all of the boring details of the back and forth conversation I am very disappointed after 10 YEARS of business they pretty much said too bad we don’t care. The withdrawals were made on Monday the deposit was made on Monday why the fees. This has changed as I have been with them 10years plus and never had the issues I have had in the past few months. To top it all off last month I emailed them about OD fees when my account was not negative and they just emailed me back saying we have reversed the charges, I was assuming they made a mistake and never thought twice about it….So the $210.00 fee they said they would not reverse cause I had the other two reversed. I proceeded to tell her that I thought the fees were a mistake they made that no one explained anything and I have the emails, they didn’t care at all. I continued to tell her that there are numerous times I have had an available balance different form my total balance and that there are times that I hit an ATM and try to grab $200.00 only to realize I only have $180.00 and it denies me but now all of the sudden you are telling me that I can overdraw from an ATM???? Then to slap me in the face even harder she says well if you would have waited till Monday and went into the teller this would have been avoided. The next questions I asked when they told me I should know when funds are made available I asked her how? The account said it wasn’t then it said on Monday it was available and made the withdrawl from that, she said well it would be at least one day (even know me statement says 11/16 she is telling me it went through 11/17) but in some cases more if they feel they need to hold it. So I asked how would I know she said they mail you a letter telling you why they held it, my response it great so in the meanwhile your making withdrawls and being charged! Horrible to a long time customer like myself. After $210.00 four weeks before Christmas Three kids living check to check, they now say that I can cancel out of this program? Thanks a little late for that!!!

Customer Service is getting Worse and Worse !!!

When I first joined Commerce Bank it was good: Quick live customer service never had to wait for a rep.
Lately, takes 25 min and more to get to the rep.
The excuse they give you we have a large volume of calls. Ever heard of hiring more people ???
Very disappointing. Good for Dogs, they get a biscuit, customers get to wait.

TD has the worst customer service ever

TD Bank is a nightmare, no one I know has had a good experience there. If you have a complaint about a branch the customer support line in Mt. Laurel routes you right back to the branch that you have the complaint about . . . who screams you again . . .which must be how they get their high customer support ratings.

I have never had a reply from the customer problem forms that the bank provides and that they SWEAR they reply to.

And every bank complaint form online and every blog and chat room is full of TD Bank employees venting profanities about how stupid all the customers are.
