The boss may have ambition, but what I feel is only hypocrisy, madness and less respect employees from him. There is not much people with professional experience in the US.

Very Bad benefits and office policies for exp. if you work till 10 pm, he will pay you overtime meal but you have to continue to work after the meal 2 1/2 hour extra, if you have dinner at 10 pm (you can not have dinner early because you have a meeting or deadline) you have to work till 12.30 am if you are not continue to work after the meal 2 1/2 hour extra , he will not pay you.
He will pay you a cab after midnight, but if you eat overtime meal and go home by cab you have to work 14 hours on that day, if not till 14 hours, he will not pay.

stressful place, poor managements, no actual schedule, work overload, super long hours, no work/life balance, low salary, not fair benefits and not compensated fairly!
