incompetent, overpriced and rude

Well,where do I start?
Went there to get a couple of minor alterations done - to take in waste of favorite summer pants among 2 other things. Olga did take her time ""pinning"" and marking them to appropriate size(despite my screaming 15 months old son in the background). All along she was just a touch condescending, but I brushed it off to my postpartum hormones then. She handed me a bill for over $100(!). She told me she will call me when things are ready. She never did. When I got tired of waiting(about 2 weeks!) later - I called her myself, got a voice mail and next day she called me to tell me that things are ready. I should have tried things on right there when I came to pick them up - not that easy w a toddler. When I finally got them on at home - my pants were just as loose as before ""alteration"". When I brought them back to Olga, she acted clearly annoyed and spoke w me again in very condescending manner. She asked me to call her in a week to find out when pants will be available for a pick up""Likely, a week after that, I'm very busy these days"". When I tried to infer that summer is going to be over in 2 weeks and there is no point for me to even bother with these pants - she suggested I wait till next summer, then.(?!) When I attempted to protest she said that I'm welcome to go somewhere else, yet refused to reimburse me for amount already paid for the pants ""alterations"". ""And, please, don't make a scene"".How is that for a service?
