The New York League for Early Learning works to meet the educational, social and emotional needs of disabled children up to the age of five. It runs various center-and home- based programs. The organization serves more than 1,500 children with developmental disabilities, autism, mental retardation and physical impairments. The New York League for Early Learning is located in New York City. It is a part of the YAI National Institute for People with Disabilities Network, which was established in 1957. The YAI National Institute for People with Disabilities Network offers education and training in the fields of developmental and learning disabilities.
