Officer Barker at the 19th Precinct was very kind and helpful. I was calling from Texas to get information on an accident my son was in several days prior. My son has total amnesia from a head injury and we had no report number or any identifying information on the accident. Officer Barker immediatey got me all the information I needed and directed me to the correct precinct for the report. I say "Give Officer Barker a raise!".
