Mount Sinai Access

I am an employee at mount Sinai Roosevelt hospital and I was sent by my manager to the 150 E 42nd street pay roll office at 5th floor to get my check but the security at the main floor was very mean. There were 3 of them but the one who was giving out pass was the one who sent me to the wrong floor and when I came and told him that, he was very rude and didn't want to admit his mistake and didn't want to give me another pass. Other two security was very nice and was telling him to give me a pass but he was extreamly rude and wasn't allowing me to get a pass. Finally the other security convinced him somehow and he let me in. This kind of rude behavior isn't acceptable and I'm very upset that I had to go through this kind of behavior the day before thanks giving day
