for car dealers they are very good. i was really expected the average dealer but they were very professional.
i end up selling the car. they asses my car , made an offer i was talking to my wife and then we agreed. they gave us secure payment and they take my car.
thats it.
ok for this kind of business.

Horrible Customer Service! Sketchy business practices as well. When I sold them my car, they promised to send me a copy of the title - which I needed in order to cancel my vehicle registration. However, every time I tried to call and get a copy of the title, they said they would call me back - which they never did. After 2 months of trying, I was finally able to speak with the guy who bought the car from me, and he promised to send me a copy of the title. The next day he sent me, via text message, just a picture of the car title, not an actual copy. When I demanded that he mail me a photocopy, he refused and hung up on me. Ever since, they will not return any of my calls. Horrible customer service. This place was very unethical as well

They gave a price range of $5800-$8000 on the web site then when they called to confirm the appointment we were told $3000 to $4000. When asked why the difference we were rudely asked how long ago the first price was given, it had only been two days

I got a confirmation email but no one ever came to buy my car. There was no number left for me to contact anyone personally. No one even called me to tell me they couldn't come. No one ever picks up the phone when you call. It originally took them 4 days to call me back when I left a message. The guy I spoke to spoke broken english. The quote I got online was much twice as much as what the guy quoted me on the phone. He said it was because of the condition of the car. The quote was already for a car in Fair condition which mine is. do NOT recommend them. very unprofessional.

SUPPOSE TO BE VERY VERY RECOMMENDED.

They come to you and do all the paperwork and pick up the car as well.

may 2008 would not recommend this company to anyone poor people skills lack of professional skills
