It's hard to get excited over eyeglass store, but I think I've come as close as one can get. For years I've been frequenting the chain stores for glasses and contacts but, having some flex spend account money to burn, I went instead to the Spectacle Shoppe for new glasses. After I completed my exam I perused the different eye glasses lines on display. Definitely a cut above the usual, but with prices in line with the less stylish brands you can find elsewhere.\n

Recent visit was for a cavity and filling(lamninate) - 2 part process. I was 10 min late but as soon as I showed I was in the chair - no muss no fuss and out in 40. Dr Charnas and the dental hygenist were efficient and provided a relatively pleasant experience which I usually do not associate with a dental visit. See you in 2 weeks for the laminate.\n

What can you say about a tooth extraction? Considering the circumstances, it was done quickly and as painless as possible, due to the talent of a great oral surgeon. Everyone is very considerate of the patient and very responsive to the needs of the patient. For dental work, it is the best experience I have had, and I have had a lot of dental work.

I used to dread dental trips until I tried out this office. Researched many dental offices online and decided to try Manhattan Dental out. The staff is exceptionally skilled, keeps you relaxed and knows how to map out a plan for getting and keeping a great smile. I have recommended them to my entire family.

I'm doing invisalign through this office and I regret it. They cancel my appointments the day of frequently (it's happened 5 out of 7 meetings so far) and twice they haven't had my trays ready which means I will be wearing these things for an extra month.\n\nVery poor customer service. Way too crowded.

So, I bought two separate packages off LifeBooker (regularly a $450 value each) for my fiancee and I to redeem before we get married this coming November. Well, after a whirlwind summer, my wife working into the nights and myself performing out of town, when it came time to use these deals, it turns out they had just expired. When I called their office to ask if they would still honor these several hundred dollar purchases I made, even though they just expired a week and a half ago, they abruptly said no. I was shocked and saddened to realize that this company that I invested my money in would just swindle me with no remorse whatsoever. Really? Who does that anymore? That is why I have turned to Yelp, a website I trust for user feedback like this. Beware if dealing with Manhattan Dental Spa. They really let me down and I wouldn't want any innocent buyer to think that this company might do the same for them. Buyer beware.
