        outrageous prices

        $15 for a lobster roll out of a east village shack?

        are they insane?

        been up and down the east coast including maine,

        never paid more than $10 for a lobster roll, and that was at a restaurant with tables and bathroom,

        $15? $10 of that must be to pay east village rent,
