I brought my suitcase there for repair when a wheel fell off. They assured me that they could order a wheel from Samsonite and call me when it was finished, in about three weeks. Two months later, no call. I call them and find out the repair had been completed a long time ago. When I went to pick it up, I found that they had put a RED wheel on my BLUE suitcase. Not only that, but the wheel was completely scuffed up, like it had been salvaged from another suitcase. When I complained, they said they had called to let me know the wheel would be red. I am certain that I had not received a single call from them in the last two months, neither about the wheel or the fact that the suitcase was done. Overall, the staff was rude and a bunch of liars. Unless you want to get ripped off, DO NOT bring your luggage to these people.

Hi friends while going through the revies i found that Luni has posted a review pointing out some things that she found unacceptable and not up to the mark. Its her opinion I am nobody to guide her but still i would like others to know that the website provide best products with warranty and also offers services. I just bought genuine Rimowa luggage in an unopened box, with serial number, warranty papers, etc. for CHEAP. Way below discount stores online. I had a salesperson from a retail luggage store check out the luggage and he was more than happy to verify authenticity. I agree that the salespeople at Lexington may seem a little crude, but for me it was well worth what I got. And I have bought luggage from here years ago with the same great results. I don't understand because I've read negative reviews on other websites also. Go figure... or call me lucky?

Most arrogant and rude service! I was desperate for luggage and asked for a discount if I bought two at $650 each. They said its not discountable - so i bought one (I returned a Titan in exchange and they didnt refund me the taxes on the Titan). Went online the next day and saw the same exact luggage for $389.00 outright! If you want value for your money - GO ONLINE!!! Lexington Luggage is a JOKE and should not even be trading!
