Don’t use them. Expansive and absolutely useless, you better off doing it your self. They going make promises that no one going to keep.
I paid $150 for consultation with Bradford Bernstein, he said that my problem with the embassy can be easily resolved with a couple of phone calls and he has another attorney who all she does is phone calls to the embassy. All I need is to pay an additional $3850 and they can help and my case should be resolved very soon. It’s been 9 months and an additional $1180 so the total is $5180 Wasted 9 months and my case exactly as it was ZERO progress. Now they telling me that we can keep trying calling them but it will be an additional $550 in an hour.

I cannot say this enough: stay away. Just stay away. Brad will do anything to get money through the door, including lie to you. Use a reputable firm, not a firm that needs to advertise on the radio.

In all honesty, Spar and Bernstein is one of the most dishonest and unprofessional law firms that America has to offer. The pain and grief caused by this law firm is just one that simply can't be expressed through words. To say the least, there was a circumstance that arose with one of my parents. My parents decided to entrust the firm with this case. The initial part of the process was ridiculously easy that an 8th grade student could've done it efficiently and they charged and irrational cost for it. They even went to the extent to charge $10,000 more to continue with the process and we refused. There was a very important hearing that my parent had to attend, and the only way they would be notified was through the firm. THEY DID NOT EVEN NOTIFY MY PARENT OF THE HEARING OR THE DATE THEY WOULD BE EXPECTED TO ATTEND. AND IRONICALLY STILL MANAGED TO SEND A MONTHLY NOTICE ABOUT A MINISCULE OVERDUE FEE OF $7. Now a family situation has arrived in our family and my parent cannot travel. My only hope and prayer is that NO ONE WILL EXPERIENCE THE PAIN AND GRIEF THAT THE SPAR AND BERNSTEIN CAN AND WILL COST YOU. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO ENTRUST THE LAW FIRM WITH ANY OF YOUR CASES. Do yourself a favor and dodge a bullet.
