Dr. Jon Turk is a highly-credentialed plastic surgeon, specializing in aesthetic facial plastic surgery. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his Manhattan and Long Island practices. Dr. Turk was voted one of the top surgeons of New York by his peers and is recognized as one of America’s Best Doctors by New York Magazine.
His exceptional surgical skill and keen eye for aesthetics have made him a top choice for facial rejuvenation, whether he’s approached to perform eyelid surgery, endoscopic brow lift surgery, facelift, rhinoplasty, AccuLift™ Laser Lipolysis, facial implants, liposculpture, or another innovative facial plastic surgery procedure. He also offers a variety of non-surgical skin care treatments, including HydraFacial™ and chemical peels; skin resurfacing, like Cosmelan® Depigmentation Treatment; plus injectables, such as BOTOX® injections, Restylane® and more. Additionally, Dr. Turk offers nutritional information to patients, including pre- and post-operative nutritional guidance.
Used by ophthalmologists for more than 10 years, BOTOX® Cosmetic is available at our facility as a non-surgical wrinkle therapy that relaxes the muscles that cause wrinkles, reducing the appearance of frown lines, laugh lines, forehead wrinkles, and crow's feet. Small amounts of BOTOX® Cosmetic may be injected into the muscle in just minutes to decrease lines and elevate the brows, providing a more youthful, relaxed look to the face.
Unlike traditional brow lift surgery that involves an incision across the forehead, the endoscopic technique is a minimally invasive method of lifting the brows.
During eyelid surgery, excess fat, skin, and tissue are removed from the upper eyelid as well as the lower eyelid. Lower eyelid surgery can be performed discreetly on the inside of the eyelid so that there is no visible scar. Eyelid surgery is often combined with skin resurfacing to reduce wrinkling and pigmentation.
HydraFacial™ does more than just rejuvenate the skin. This non-invasive, refreshing alternative to microdermabrasion, skin resurfacing, and chemical peels exfoliates dead skin cells and eliminates impurities deep within the skin while providing hydration, antioxidant protection, and more resilience — all without excessive discomfort or downtime.
HydraFacial™ uses a multifaceted vacuum-based abrasion tip with a unique spiral construction to remove dead skin cells and other impurities from the skin. Special clinically-formulated serums such as Activ-4™, Beta-hd™, and Antiox-6™ can be combined to help unclog congested pores as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, melasma, brown spots, and other hyperpigmentation. The result is supple, hydrated skin with a more refined tone and texture.
