Had the most unpleasant visit with this dentist!

I can't even begin to describe how unprofessional and incompetent Simmon Flamm is as a dentist !

He should be put out of business!
The worst dentist I have ever encounter by far.

Do NOT GO THERE!!!

I have the most comfortable and unique experience at this dental office. Dr Flamm was so caring and detailed-oriented. I have just finished a root-canal treatment with him and amazingly enough I didn't feel not even the slightest discomfort. Dr Flamm was so patient and entertaining at the same time. I am so pleased to have found Dr Flamm Simon. And even his office manager Steve was so professional with his expertise with my dental Insurance that he made all the process sound so easy. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a dentist or who is suffering from pain like I did. This is the dental office to seek. Thank you very much Dr Flamm/ Thank you Steve.

HK Dental, where have you been all my life?! I have never had a dentist quite like Dr. Simon Flamm. In fact, I have never had a dentist that I felt comfortable going back to. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and after recently moving to the city, I finally gave in. I was relieved to find a clean polished office with the most professional staff. You can tell that they put a lot of time in building their office to create an inviting atmosphere for their patients. Steve who manages the front office walked me through all the necessary forms for my initial appointment. On a side note, he has beautiful PERFECT teeth! He put my nerves at rest when he made it clear that his priority is to follow up with the insurance company. I have had so many doctors in the past who are "slack" when it comes to this issue. Dr. Flamm thoroughly walked me through my X-rays and explained my options. When I went back for a filling he was very precise and I swear this is the only time I've ever been able to endure a shot of novocaine. I hardly felt it! I am very lucky to have found Hells Kitchen Dental, and I would recommend Dr. Flamm to anyone... well anyone with teeth :)

I went in to do a cleaning and the dentist did not know anything about cavities or plague.

I was surprised and let it go, but then instead of really checking for cavities he kept explaining what the machine did and just said that nothing was going on.... and he did not recognize or know anything about my previous cavities and nothing about braces...

I would never go back there even if someone paid me. I felt the cleaning would break my teeth
