Overall
Punctuality
Service

Safe to say this has been the WORST BUS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
GREYHOUND DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
My bus trip to Baltimore was supposed to leave at 4:30pm.
It’s 4:54 pm and I, and the forty other people riding this bus, was just informed our bus is here but we can’t get on because THERE’S NO DRIVER.
Customer service did not solve my problem. Greyhound has NO RESPECT FOR THE TIME OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Moral of the story: do not buy this bus.

Disgusting, Rude, not worth the $ to go to AC

Greyhound is the absolute WORST bus line to go from NYC to AC. The people on the bus are rude, disgusting, and smelly. The couple that sat behind me fought the entire time on the bus ride back from AC to NYC threatening to fist fight each other and the bus driver had to pull over 3 different times because of them.

Absolute worst way to travel- Greyhound should be ashamed of the way the bus drivers treat the PAYING customers, the ghetto people that they allow on their buses, and the disgusting, smelly conditions the buses are left in.

If you go to AC drive or take the ACES train. The Greyhound service is NOT worth it.

I Hate Greyhound............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate Greyhound. The bus stunk. Kids had inappropriate behavior. The bus drivers were mean. There was a flood. Teenagers were screaming late at night. I had no room. Food was thrown on the floor, and constant bullying was going on.
