Failed road test twice in the Bronx. Went to Grand Prix b/c I figured if a person can't learn while driving in Manhattan, then forget it. Was a very nervous driver and ED PANIS's patience was reassuring. His instructions are easy - makes driving in the city seem like nothing. Very nice gentleman. He helped me to pass on my 3rd try. Ask for him (if he's not booked solid).

Great experience with the instructor, Ed Panis. Not so great experience with the rest of the staff.\n\nI've passed on the first try! Ed is an exceptional instructor: very knowledgable, very methodical, very patient, definitely the one to request for. With his help, I became very confident in driving in NYC : )\n\nWord of caution about the school: schedule your hours at least 2 weeks in advance, and be sure you give them the pick-up address and your phone number every time. The GPDS staff has a tendency of confusing addresses. Also be sure you have one driving hour left for the day of the test.\n\nAll in all, a very good experience. Totally recommend Ed!
The instructor, Ed Panis, was really good. He was always pointing out the mistakes I was making, so when I had to take the test, I was always alert to these things. I passed the test (they took only 5 points). I think he was very strict during the training period, but that's what makes him a good instructor. B the end of the training, I was more than ready to take the exam. \n\nThe only bad side was that the school changed the lessons' schedule very often.

My entire experience with the driving school was great. Thanks to Eddie I passed my road test with flying colors. I was very nervous having failed the road test before (different school). Eddie made the experience extremly comfortable and worry free. He took his time to explain things and when I made a mistake he made sure to let me know so I could correct it the next go round.\nThanks Eddie for a wonderful experience.

i began taking my driving lessons 2 months ago under Luke. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I did only 15 hrs of driving before I went for the test and I passed at my first attempt ( considering I have never driven before). Go to Grand Prix and ask for Luke!

I failed my first road test with another instructor. Then i had Luck who made me feel confident and relax. He also taught me exactly the skills that proved most important to pass the test; \nLuke also happens to be a super nice guy; i recommend him!!!\n\n \n

I really hate driving but have to for work. I was so sure that I would not pass my first driving test but I did. Thanks to all the practical things and instructions of my instructor, Kuya Ed. He is really a great instructor! He is not bookish and has a technique that makes things fool proof and easy to remember!
