My friend and I had our birthday party hear last year. It was great. It is a bit small but it was just right for the amount of people I had. The service and the bartenders were excellent. The owner came up to make sure everything was going great. A friend and I got there a bit early so we sat down to eat. Food was EXCELLENT! Get there early if you're driving cause parking is a hassle. But that was the best b-day party I ever had!

Fuzion = bargain. My girlfriend and I went on a tuesday and it was empty. I cant understand why. The place is more of a lounge than a restaurant but I dont mind eating dinner on a couch at home so I dont mind eating on a couch here. We were the only ones eating and tried 8 different tapas and they were all great. So many different tapas to try we are going back this week. Sushi wasnt nobuesqe but it was very good. The combo skewers were excellent. Will try the tuna this week as it was highly recommended. Service was slow considering we were the only ones there but this time we will just slap the waiter around a little and I'm sure we will order quicker. lol. Seriously if you are looking for moderate priced tapas this is a nice place for a date or friends.

This a great bar/lounge with a wonderful drink menu. There's something for everyone. Chad is one of the best bartenders, none of that stingy stuff that just makes me leave quicker. He knows how to keep you spending and takes care of you! A gem of a place!

I was originally on my way to forbidden city the bar right across from this one, but for some reason I just wanted to check this place out. And I must say I don regret it.
The bartender made us awesome free drinks (really I had nothing like them before) and the other shots and drinks we ordered were so YUMMY! I liked Fuzion's decor, too..I liked the cute little candles and the very comfy sofa. I don know why I always went to Forbidden city..
One thing though, that place can be quite dead. I think if you want to enjoy a very nice convo with your friend in a warm and friendly environment this is the best place. But if you are out to get guys/girls I say go to Forbidden city.

I haven't been served anything i haven't liked.
Brunch is Fantastic (been a number of times) with live jazz on weekends, depending on when you show up...
Finally tried their Dinner menu recently ~absolutely no complaints - food was delicious & very fresh, portions were perfect, and the prices are great for the quality you get.
Plus the prompt service and relaxed atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable!
Fuzion's extensive menu & their great wine and martini list is bound to include something to please anyone. (I'm truly surprised that this place doesn't get more packed!)
p.s. - try the Tuna or chicken salad for brunch, and definetely the Steak Sashimi as a dinner appetizer- yum!

There was a new bar in town so my friends and I decided to check it out. The staff was very friendly. They have a long list of exotic Martini's. My favorite was the ""Concubine""... a must try. The Beef Sashimi is another must try.
It can be a romantic restaurant or a nice lounge for friends to gather. FUZION is definitely worth checking out!

* I think that this is a great bar to try, esp. if u like martinis. With asian inspired names, it's hard not to wonder what a ConCuBinE tastes like. =) For dinner - the appetizers were mouth watering and the entrees delicious. Overall, the food and service was excellent. Apparently they also serve late nite food if you get hungry... as well as brunch on the weekends. -I think that this place has a very laid-back, social atmosphere that I definetly see me and my friends at. *
