This is worse store in NYC. I both a bad frame. I asked a few times that i want it on wells. After i broth it home and unpacked i saw that it is not on wells. I called in the store, but there is no working phone. I called a few days , then i went to the store and explained that the frame is without wills. The seller she said that she is an owner promised to me that they will deliver a frame with wells and the frame that i both will take back. She never did it and the phone is still not working. I do not suggest nobody to shop in this store.

Terrible service! I wish I read this before. Bought a mattress and asked for delivery today. Got the phone call saying they will deliver today and guess what? It's a no show!! Try to call the whole day... exactly the whole day and nobody pick up the phone! Now I will have to sleep on the floor because my mattress didn't arrive and they even care to give the customer a call! I am so regret for spending my money on this store.

When one goes to buy they want to sell really quick, but the delivery takes for ever and no one is ever available to pick up the phone. I will never buy from them again. The service is horrible no different than the one on Willis Ave. in the Bronx. The lack of care is incredible and they are disrespectful when confronted about their service. Let's not forget the guys that deliver leave the boxes for the client to dispose of or they will leave it in the hallways.

Very unprofessional indeed. Their phones are either always busy or they do not answer. They cancelled my day of delivery without any solid reason. BEWARE!!!




very unprofessional shabby, services. I purchased a futon and bunk futon form them. I was told they will arrive Monday before noon. I received a call stating that they will be here after 2:30p.m. they came about 6:30pm., left garbage in the hallway by elevators, and didn't finish putting together the futon. I went there today, 24 hours they didn't come by and demanded the screws. Her only excuse is that the screws wasn't in the box. I asked why they couldn't give me a courtesy call? She never apologized and told me that my kids didn't have to sleep on the floor. What nerves. I asked for some money back being that I had to hook up my own futon. She told me I have to contact the main store. I highly suggest that you never shop there, because the lack of respect and honor towards their customers. Did I tell you there was another customer there complaining about them not answering the phone? and them not bringing her items she ordered. This goes to show how bad their business is, and what kind of shabby services they offer. I should have went down the block to the other store based on my first instincts. Frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!
