        Dr. Karla Fallon is dedicated to providing the highest level of individualized care. Her framework for the therapeutic process begins with a humanistic approach of meeting each person where he or she is and taking the time to understand each person's goals, challenges, and circumstances. Dr. Fallon works from a strength based perspective with the aim of empowering clients to reach their potential and obtain their goals. People struggling with mental health issues, trauma, emotional pain, or instances of turmoil and upheaval need a responsive and results driven therapist who is available to provide personalized support, and Dr. Fallon meets this need for her clients. Dr. Fallon graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York where she received an MA and an EdM in Counseling Psychology and went on to obtain her Doctoral Degree in Psychology from Saybrook University in San Francisco. Dr. Fallon is honored as a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and has served on the Board of Directors for nonprofit organizations dedicated to empowering members of traditionally underserved communities. Dr. Fallon has been providing services within the mental health field for over twenty years. This speaks to the broad knowledge base that informs her work as a clinician in private practice as well as her work as a leader in the fields of mental health and behavioral health, where she oversaw programs that provide care in our most underserved communities. Dr. Fallon is extremely passionate about helping people improve their quality of life and achieve their goals.

        Everything I had hoped for and more

        Amazing skill-set. I had tried to find the right match a few times and connected with Dr. Fallon's counseling approach and almost immediately. She put me at ease quickly and I was able to start doing the important work of taking control of my life again. I highly recommend Dr. Fallon to anyone.

        I have been struggling to manage a serious loss and find my way back to some sense of normalcy. Dr. Fallon is insightful, exceptionally skilled, remarkably skilled in fact.         My work with Dr. Fallon has been meaningful. I had been to two other providers before finding Dr. Fallon and was feeling quite discouraged. After reading several reviews and reviewing her website, I decided to give it one more try and I am incredibly thankful that I did.
